# Fetch a clinic patient upload group

> This endpoint is available to Group API Keys only.

Fetches a clinic patient upload group by its ID.

An **upload group** is a collection of uploaded files (such as lab results, images, or documents) that are attached to a clinic patient's record and displayed on their timeline in the PIMS.
