Create an imported conversation
Writes a completed conversation transcript back into Vetcove so that it surfaces on the clinic’s patient timelines.
Attachments must be uploaded via POST /file-uploads/ before creating the conversation.
An imported conversation is a read-only transcript of a completed conversation (typically SMS) written back into Vetcove from a partner communications platform.
Imported conversations do not appear in the Vetcove inbox. They surface on the patient timeline so clinic staff can read prior client outreach alongside the rest of the patient record. When a conversation is submitted without a patient, it is attached to every active patient of the clinic client so that it appears on each of their timelines.
