Fetch a universal prescription
Retrieves a universal prescription by its ID.
A universal prescription represents a medication or service prescribed to a patient by a veterinarian. Universal prescriptions unify three fulfillment types — home delivery, internal (in-clinic), and external (third-party pharmacy) — into a single record. When a prescription is renewed or edited, a new version is created in the same prescription group, preserving the full history.
