Fetch a resource schedule exception
Fetches a resource schedule exception by its ID.
A resource schedule exception represents a one-off override to a resource’s regular schedule. Exceptions can mark a resource as unavailable for the day, set custom hours, or indicate that the resource should use the clinic’s hours for that day.
Unlike resource schedules, exceptions are always one-off (non-recurring).
